My Sister lived in San Diego and passed away unexpectedly. I live in Pennsylvania. Diane is a marvelous realtor. Diane worked with us for about 2 years in our pursuit to try and find a home we could afford in Ocean Beach (which was no easy task). We had pretty much given up all hope, but Diane always had a positive and "hang in there" attitude - then, due to divine intervention, magic, pure luck, or some combination of all the above along with Diane's skills, we acquired the home of our dreams. We are so super duper stoked!!! And Diane made it happen!!!!! What we like most about Diane is she tells it like it is - she won't sugar coat what you necessarily want to hear just to woo you over. Diane is straightforward and to the point. Furthermore, if there is some issue Diane is not certain about, she won't pretend like she knows or feed you bologna to make you feel better - she will work to find out the answer(s) (in our situation there were some unknowns about the Mills Act and solar power prior to purchase). Additionally, in our situation, on multiple occasions Diane dealt with extremely unreasonable sellers, which could not have been an easy task.
